Returns and Exchange

Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. Double check you have selected the correct size and entered in the correct address. Sometimes it can auto fill the incorrect address and item so please, double check. If you have entered in the wrong address or the wrong size, please contact us ASAP so we can fix that for you!

Damaged Product:
If the item you received was damaged in anyway, please let us know so we can refund or re-ship your order.

Shipping Issues:
If you order has not had a tracking update in over a month we will give you a full refund on your order. If your tracking says the order was delivered we are unable to give a refund. Please contact us if if these issues arise so we can investigate the issue and find solutions for you.

Editing Order:
If you entered in or clicked the wrong item or size, please contact us ASAP so we can change that for you. Once it ships, we are unable to do anything. Please note, having us edit sizes and items resets the wait time on your order.

Custom Fees: 
Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.
